1. Use of this website

Every engagement is defined by a separate proposal, quotation or engagement letter that sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a commitment to perform services until an engagement is confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, documents and approvals. Delays, penalties or rejections caused by incorrect or delayed inputs are not our responsibility.

4. Fees and payments

Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal and are exclusive of government fees, statutory charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.

5. Third-party and government outcomes

Approvals, registrations, certificates, grants, funding decisions and similar outcomes are granted by authorities, investors or third parties. We execute the process diligently but cannot guarantee any specific outcome or timeline.

6. Intellectual property

Frameworks, templates, models and materials developed by Akravan Associates remain our intellectual property. Deliverables prepared for you may be used for your internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees received by us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
